In the 26th issue of the innovation competition TOP 100, consenso manages to make it into the top players
On 28th June, at the 6th Mittelstand Summit in Frankfurt, mentor and TV presenter Ranga Yogeshwar presented the coveted seal – for exemplary innovation management and the resulting, outstanding innovation successes.
The selection of the TOP 100 from altogether 398 participating companies was made by researcher on innovation Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, based on scientific methods and systems with a total of around 120 parameters.
The TOP 100 innovation competition of compamedia honours businesses with a lively culture of innovation. “Openness for new ideas, tolerating errors, constant efforts to do things in ever new and different ways” are the characteristics of such a culture, according to mentor Ranga Yogeshwar.
Close cooperation within the team based on flat hierarchies and short decision paths, accompanied by a workplace health promotion program – this is the framework set by consenso to promote this culture and to enable innovations. Just as in the context of our current main topic, the provision of entire IT architectures in SAP Cloud, in which they are configured according to individual customer requirements.
So, we have been very proud to receive the award as TOP Innovator 2019, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank our team, who is living our innovation culture and not just thinks ahead, but also designs and realises innovations in tangible customer projects.
